Frequently asked questions
Which image formats can I put into a PDF?
JPG and PNG are embedded directly. WebP, GIF, BMP, and TIFF are re-encoded as JPG first so they can be embedded.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
Yes. This tool is server-backed: the image is sent to the MakeMyImgs API, processed there, and returned to you. It is held only for the duration of the job and is not stored afterward. The badge under the tool title says which tools run locally instead.
