- What if the detector misses a face?
- Side profiles and heavily occluded faces can be missed. In that case, fall back to the Pixelate tool and cover the area manually.
- Is my image stored?
- No. Your image is processed in memory and deleted immediately after the result is returned.
- Is this tool really free?
- Yes. MakeMyImgs tools are free to use with no watermarks or account signup. Server-backed tools may apply temporary traffic limits when the API is busy.
- Are my images uploaded to a server?
- Yes. This tool is server-backed: the image is sent to the MakeMyImgs API, processed there, and returned to you. It is held only for the duration of the job and is not stored afterward. The badge under the tool title says which tools run locally instead.
